My journey was inspired by my own experiences of healing, connection, and wellness. My love for travel and wellness retreats lead to my study of psychology and becoming a junior psychologist which led me to create a community space to help others connect, be nourished and thrive

In 2021, my family and I discovered a mobile beach sauna — an unforgettable way to connect and unwind. In Scandinavia, saunas aren’t a luxury but a way of life, and that spirit inspired me to share the warmth here at Solace. My goal is to create an inclusive, nature-based space where anyone can experience the power of contrast therapy and genuine human connection.
