How to Book
Join Sooz Fox of Amor Defence for an energising Pilates session in the park, weather permitting, followed by a one-hour sauna experience. Held every Friday evening, this weekly gathering offers the perfect balance of movement, relaxation, and community in a beautiful outdoor setting. Upon booking Pilates with Amor, you will receive a discount code to use towards a sauna session should you wish to end your evening with some relaxation and muscle recovery while enjoying the calming views of the sea. There is the option to participate in Pilates only.
