Start your day with a beachside sauna session from 9–10 am, letting the heat, sea air, and calm surroundings melt away stress. Afterwards, get changed and move into the cosy indoor sensory garden space, 10:30-11:30 am for a deeply relaxing sound healing session with @healthysouljojo. Please read the instruction email to ensure you bring your sauna attire and your comfort essentials for the sound healing session, such as warm clothing, a blanket, and a pillow.
