A fusion of ancient practice and modern ritual - gentle Qi Gong flows set to fun love-filled beats, followed by restorative sauna ritual steps from the shore and finishing with a hot drink to watch the sun set.
Together we'll move through guided Qi Gong sequences designed to cultivate balance, release tension, and connect with your natural rhythms. Followed by a moment of meditation to soak up all of your amazing energy work.
After practice, a guided thermal sauna experience. Your experience may include mineral-rich salt therapy, revitalising exfoliation, nourishing face masks, gentle botanical leaf whisking, and aromatic steam infusions. Every element is designed to restore your body, clear your mind, and bring your whole self back into balance.
Finally we’ll have a moment to see the sun go down and cosy up with a hot drink and soak…
