DR SAMMY EDEN X YOGA COFFEE CLUB X SOLACE We’ll meet at 2:30pm for gentle breathwork or movement if you like, or just grab a coffee and relax with the group. At 2:50pm we’ll settle into the wood-fired sauna for an hour, then finish with cacao on the beach as we watch the Winter Solstice sunset.
