We’re so excited to be collaborating once again with Tracy-Lee for our upcoming women’s circle and sauna ritual gatherings on the 26th of June and 31st of July at 6pm.
At Solace Sauna, our intention is to create a space where heat, steam, and stillness gently invite you back into your body. Guided by Bailey, our sauna rituals work with the seasons and elements, weaving together fire and water to offer a deeply sensory journey - one that softens the edges, awakens presence, and allows you to simply be. You’ll be nourished through aromatherapy, halotherapy, leaf whisking, storytelling, and body scrubs.
Each gathering unfolds intuitively. Tracy-Lee brings her unique blend of ritual, sound, craft, and elemental alchemy, responding to what is present in the moment. At this time, she is working closely with the energy of water - its fluidity, its wisdom, its connection to the womb, and its ever-changing…
