Join us for a beautiful evening by the sea, combining movement, warmth, and connection with nature.
We’ll begin with 30 minutes to arrive, connect and enjoy some time to socialise. This is your time to settle in without any rush before we start our yoga session
At 4:00 PM, we’ll move into a one-hour Vinyasa (Flow) class on the beach, moving with the rhythm of the sea and the warm afternoon light.
After the class, we’ll unwind with an hour in the wood-fired sauna with Solace Sauna at Lepe Beach. There’s a cold shower, cold bath, and even the option for a refreshing dip in the sea, just steps away.
